1. Accuracy of Information
Resonate AI relies on information supplied by the client, user, third parties, or publicly available sources. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that any information provided by them or third parties acting on their behalf is accurate and up to date.While Resonate AI makes every effort to validate and verify its work, we cannot be held responsible for errors arising directly or indirectly from incorrect information supplied by users, clients, or others acting on their behalf. Resonate AI is also not liable for any reliance on actions related to this agreement or for any losses that may result from such actions.
2. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Resonate AI respects the confidentiality of all clients and potential clients. Every effort is made to ensure that all information supplied is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties unless: It is deemed necessary for the task at hand by Resonate AI’s Directors or staff. We receive specific instructions from the client or potential client to do so. Resonate AI complies with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and reserves the right to: Store your name, email address, position, and company data for direct marketing purposes. Use your data responsibly and not sell or rent it to third parties.Take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized use or disclosure.You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from Resonate AI at any time.
3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Resonate AI owns all intellectual property associated with its services and deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.Client's name, logo, and non-confidential project details may be used by Resonate AI for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to: Case studies, Website content, or Social media posts.
4. Fees, Billing & Payment Terms
Estimates & Pricing
The offer to supply services is an estimate based on the available information at the time of calculation.Resonate AI reserves the right to revise the estimate if additional information suggests the original estimate was incorrect.Fees and terms are periodically reviewed, and clients will be informed of any changes verbally or in writing.
Payment Terms
Clients are billed in arrears, monthly, unless otherwise agreed.If work is ongoing, Resonate AI reserves the right to issue invoices for staged payments.If a client fails to make the required staged payments, Resonate AI reserves the right to withhold additional services until full payment is received.Payments are due within 20 days from the invoice date.Late payments may incur additional fees to cover excess administrative costs.

By interacting with Resonate AI’s consulting services and/or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
